Brandon Guild is a sub-urban refugee who seeks to find comfort in the quiet farm country of Ontario’s Green Belt. Entering his second year of Food Science at the University of Guelph, Brandon enjoys learning about the scientific manipulation of various agricultural products into the modern food miracles we purchase at the grocery store. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys partaking in various means of human transportation around Guelph in addition to creating his own culinary miracles in the domestic lab we know as the kitchen. He approaches music with similar inquisitiveness on the saxophone or guitar. He hopes that this year his new position on the SFOAC allows him to get better acquainted with the many other friendly agriculturally minded people here at the University of Guelph.
